Shipping & Pick Up
All magnets are handmade and printed with care. Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated during busy seasons or for large orders.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Shipping options:
• Standard shipping via USPS
• Local pickup may be available for select events or bulk orders
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are not able to replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery times may vary based on their schedule, weather conditions, and seasonal delays.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us and we will help make it right.
Returns & Refunds
At Print & Pressed Portrait Co., every magnet is made with care and intention. Because our products are custom printed using the photos you provide, all orders are considered final sale.
If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
We will gladly replace or correct your order if:
• Your item arrives damaged
• There is a printing error on our end
• You received the wrong item
• Your order was lost in transit
To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We review each request with care and will make sure you receive a product you’re happy with.
We do not offer refunds for:
• Customer-uploaded photos that are low resolution or cropped incorrectly
• Changes requested after an order has gone into production
• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
